The Boston Round is a very popular tent for anything from an afternoon garden party to a spectacular corporate event to an intimate wedding.

Its soaring canopy makes it feel like it is higher than it is wide. Being within the perimeter of its beautiful Spruce timber outer poles gives you a feeling of being cocooned inside a very special place anticipating a very special event.

Please note this price includes 15% GST. It is worth checking this when comparing prices.

Prices vary depending on high and low seasons. High season runs from November 1st – April 30th and Low season runs from May 1st – October 31st.

Includes:– Erecting and dismantling of tent.– Exclusive use of tent for 48 hours which gives you a day for setup, a day for the event itself and will be taken down the following day. Bookings requiring longer than 48 hours will incur additional daily charges.– A combination of clear plastic and matching sail cloth sidewalls. Please note, due to weather uncertainties the Boston Round must be booked with the sidewalls whether used or not. The sidewalls can be installed in sections so you can hide such things as catering requirements, portaloos etc.* Travel Costs will be based on the distance travelled from our headquarters in Havelock North, please enquire.
