Traditional Marquee
Marquees over Hawkes Bay offer a selection of different sized peg and pole traditional style marquees. With clear & white sides, silk lined ceilings and walls as options, these are elegant, yet substantial temporary structure built to withstand the weather.
Sizes: 6m span up to 6m x 27m; 9m span up to 9m x 36m; 12m span up to 12m x 36m; 15m span up to 15m x 60m.
Wherever possible we shall visit site and carry out a measured survey to establish which solution best suits the land and your vision.

The above marquee sizes allow for a dance floor area. If a dance
floor is not required you can usually reduce the marquee to the
size down in same span. 
Silk liners available for all tents at $5 per m2 plus gst

  • Bookings: To confirm a date, a deposit is required to secure your booking.

     

    Venue Access: Access to the venue for set up and break down will be dependent on other events.

     

    Rehearsals: Wedding rehearsals are welcomed at Cape Estate. Rehearsal times can be made by mutual agreement.

     

    Cancellation: Should unforeseen circumstances arise and cancellation is necessary, the deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation is made less than 90 days of arrival you may be liable for 50% fee.

     

    Damage: Additional costs may charged
